About Jennie

Hi, I’m Jennie.

I’m a mum of two, a personal trainer, and the creator of The Busy Mums Programme.

 

I know what it’s like to put everyone else first and slowly lose sight of yourself in the process. After finding my own confidence, strength and identity again through fitness, I made it my mission to help other women do the same.

 

Today, I help busy mums build strength, confidence and healthy habits that fit around real life – without extreme diets or spending hours in the gym.

I began training with Jen at a time when I was feeling really low.

I knew I needed to take control, get back into the gym and reconnect with something I

genuinely enjoy - working with a personal trainer!

That's where Jen came into my journey. I came across one of Jen's Instagram posts about "Busy Mums" and even though my children aren't school-aged, I still related,

I'm a busy mum too!!

So I dropped her a message, and that simple step was the start of something really positivie!
