About Jennie

Hi, I’m Jennie.

I’m a mum of two, a personal trainer, and the creator of The Busy Mums Programme.

 

I know what it’s like to put everyone else first and slowly lose sight of yourself in the process. After finding my own confidence, strength and identity again through fitness, I made it my mission to help other women do the same.

 

Today, I help busy mums build strength, confidence and healthy habits that fit around real life – without extreme diets or spending hours in the gym.

Gym

My name is Sian and I’m 31. I feel like since hitting that big 30 I need
to make a little bit more of an effort keeping in shape. I’ve always
loved the gym and if truthful had all the gear and no idea.

 

Jen was recommended to me, thank the lord! Jen listens to what goals you want to achieve, explains everything you do in great detail so you know what muscles are doing what and why it’s important. So now I have all the gear
and some idea since starting the PT sessions I really feel like I’m progressing. Improving my strength and fitness all while having fun and feeling great.

 

Jen made me feel comfortable straight away, I’ve always thought
personal 1:1 sessions can be awkward but this was far from it.
She’s friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and Spurs you on when things
feel tough because you have to push yourself right!
